We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Industry customer service representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Dispatcher assistant, you will have contact with all our municipality and commercial customers handling their queries and transferring them to the proper department. It’s the job’s responsibility to listen carefully to each caller, obtain vital information over the phone, take notes of the schedules of the dispatchers, and swiftly respond to the request. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role. **Responsibilities**:

- _Answering incoming telephone calls_. - Most of the contact with the customers will be done over the telephone - Transferring to the proper department or handling a call for CS needs.
- _Processing orders and requests_- Trux orders for commercial or roll-off services. - keeping records of new & existing orders.
- _Giving prices & knowing the products that we offer._ - learning the specs of containers, what they are used for, type of service that would work best for the customer
- knowing prices for each service and county.
- _Building good relationships with customers._ - friendly, knowledgeable about their sites and what they need for service.
- _Resolving customer complaints_. - residential, roll-off, or commercial issues.
- _Collaborating as a team both within the office and with outside drivers. -_ communicating with each other to resolve issues as well as setting up new orders, understanding each other’s perspective as well as working together effectively.
- _Maintain accurate records of all dispatching activities_.
- Perform data entry tasks to input shipment details into the system.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding any changes or updates to delivery plans.
- _Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies._

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of sanitation industry business.
