ABOUT US:
Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform custodial duties such as emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and power washing walls, floors, cages, kennels, and other animal-used areas.
- Clean and maintain equipment used for cleaning purposes.
- Assist in the movement of materials as needed.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a polite and courteous demeanor when interacting with colleagues, visitors, and animals.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Handle animal waste and perform clean-up of bio-hazardous materials with appropriate training and precautions.
- Occasionally climb ladders or stepstools to access certain areas and cages for cleaning purposes.

Required Qualifications:

- Prior experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable working around animals and able to handle animal waste.
- No allergies to animals or fear of animals.
- Willingness to undergo training related to bio-hazardous waste clean-up.

**Experience**:

- Must have 1-3 years of construction or concrete work experience.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Conditions of Employment:

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
- Successfully complete pre-employment background check.
- Perform cleaning services for extended shifts and possible weekends.

Work Hours:

- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 a.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday at 11:30 a.m.
