Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our tenants and employees. Your primary focus will be on preventing theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol a very large building on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, such as accidents or medical emergencies, promptly and appropriately & notify law enforcement when needed
- Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or hazards
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve security-related issues
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, and addressing concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in security is preferred but not required
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification is a plus but not required
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent report writing skills to document incidents accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
