**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field PREFERRED
- 1-2 years of experience recruiting in a non-profit or social services environment REQUIRED
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED
