Merch Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merch Lead to join our team. The Merch Lead will be responsible for overseeing merchandise operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize RF scanner for inventory management and tracking
- Package and label merchandise for shipment or display
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
- Maintain inventory control by conducting regular stock counts
- Sell products to customers and provide assistance as needed
- Operate cash register for transactions
- Manage shipping and receiving processes efficiently
- Organize merchandise displays to attract customers

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in package handling and labeling
- Ability to load and unload merchandise safely
- Strong inventory control skills
- Experience in retail math calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Familiarity with cash register operations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
