Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.- Drive cost reduction programs to ensure competitive pricing and operational efficiency with suppliers over the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.- Lead CIP activities, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational improvements using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive supply chain efficiency.- Drive supplier development initiatives to improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.- Manage contract negotiation with suppliers and partners to secure favorable terms and cost savings without compromising quality and delivery timelines.- Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure supply chain readiness and alignment with product launch timelines.- Analyze market trends and supply chain metrics to find opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.- Develop positive relationships with internal customers and external vendors to drive program success.- Lead and report on key performance metrics related to cost savings and supplier performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree- Semiconductors and or Capital equipment experience

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, plus business or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain operations within semiconductor industry, with a focus on cost management and continuous improvement.- Consistent track record of delivering significant cost savings.- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multi-functional teams.- Strong proficiency in supply chain management systems, software, and tools.
