**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze insurance claims to determine their validity
- Investigate potentially fraudulent claims
- Utilize auto estimating software to assess damage and costs
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in workers' compensation claims examination
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions
- Strong negotiation skills to reach fair settlements
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently
- Customer service-oriented approach to assist claimants effectively
