**Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a **Systems Architect** “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, Virginia.

The **Systems Architect **will provide system information requirements in the development of enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems support. Design architecture includes software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.

**Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Architect.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in work involving U.S. Navy Business Systems.
- Experience in Business Process Re-engineering.
- Experience in software and information engineering.
- Determining and identifying high level functional and technical requirements based on interactions.
- Identifying, assessing, and presenting options for meeting the functional and technical requirements including hardware and software updates or upgrades.
- Responsibility for developing high level system design diagrams.
- Ensuring systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures.
- Ensuring that the common operating environment is compliant. Analytically and systematically evaluating problems of workflows, organization, and planning and developing appropriate corrective action.
- Providing daily supervision and direction to staff.
- Experience with model-based systems engineering.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree.

- U.S. citizenship required.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Please note if you have any experience with the following:_
- Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture Framework (DODAF).
- Software/Systems Engineering using Agile methodologies, with the ability to tailor to a specific systems engineering process and software development tools
- Use of SDLC tools
- Database Programming - schema design, architecture, performance tuning, SQL scripting, database consolidation, database migration, system backups and database admin.
- Modification/maintenance/installation/integration of an interfaced enterprise solution of GOTS software products
