**Job Summary**

The Production Laborer will perform a wide range of duties within the plant including but not limited to:

- Working with concrete pipe patching/finishing
- Working with pipe making machinery and equipment
- Working with/around lift trucks
- Working/training to tack weld pipe cages
- Working with hand tools
- Other duties may be assigned as needed

**Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to follow company production and safety procedures
- Willing and able to train on different tasks
- Must wear personal protective equipment
- Able and willing to work overtime as needed
- Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
- Ability to read and understand a tape measure
- Good attendance and positive attitude a must
- Physical exam is required

**Physical Requirements / Environment**
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Able to work on your feet
