Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As a Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. **Duties**:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying
- Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and working with students of various ages
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working with young children
- Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
- Certification or degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not required
