Demolition/skilled Laborer

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a dynamic team? Shoemaker Demolition is seeking skilled laborers for our soft demolition/ground crew. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient demolition of bathrooms, kitchens, and commercial buildings/offices using tools such as saws-all, jackhammers, screw guns, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute soft demolition tasks according to project specifications.
- Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment, including saws-all, jackhammers, and screw guns.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in demolition or construction preferred.
- Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
