***Potential Earning up to 200K**

As a **Collision Technician **you will be responsible for repairing damaged bodies of vehicles, and or, parts in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years of previous automotive technician experience**:

- ** CSI and Quality scores above regional average preferred**:

- Must be proficient in all vehicle maintenance services
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)

**Responsibility**:

- Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer’s standards
- De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material
- Meet or exceed the Collision Center's requirement for productivity
- Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
