We're a small restaurant known for our delicious craft wines, food and friendly atmosphere, and we're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a bustling setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to the dining experience.
- Take accurate orders and convey them efficiently to the kitchen, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring correct items and presentation.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service throughout their meal, making menu suggestions and accommodating preferences.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, serving stations, and common areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Work efficiently under pressure to ensure smooth operations during busy times.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and cleanup.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude even during busy periods.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work well in a small team and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and drinks.
- Positive and adaptable attitude in a dynamic and sometimes hectic environment.
- Some Wine knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement
