Site Superintendent

**The Position**:
**Monarch Roofing** is _growing_, and we are looking to hire on **Site Superintendents** to join our team

They will be responsible for job site production for all stages roofing, including installation & repairs for residential or commercial projects. This includes maintaining a safe & clean job site throughout project execution, professional conduct and communication with contractors, customers, suppliers and team. They will coordinate with the production team in planning and through project completion.

You will be provided with a company vehicle and all gas and maintenance as well as job-related expenses are reimbursed by the company.

Hours will be Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm or until; Evenings and Saturdays flexible for communication related to customer acquisition and team building.

**Job Duties**:

- Supervises crews and installation.
- Documents the installation with before and after pictures.
- Ensures compliance of production with manufacturer requirements.
- Follows safety procedures.
- Completes inspections, reports and collects payments
- Coordinates logistics of materials, tools & equipment.
- Acquires knowledge of roofing industry, completes training & achieves certifications
- Maintains a professional appearance & conduct as a company representative.
- Participates in production meetings.
- Operates and maintains company vehicles & equipment.
- Reports to branch and production leaders

**Qualities/Characteristics/Aptitude**:

- Physically able to climb ladders, walk roofs and carry heavy equipment & materials
- High energy & customer focus
- Work outside, overtime & Saturdays
- Valid Driver’s License, good driving record & tow a trailer
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Company vehicle with gas and maintenance provided

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
