Position: Behavior Technician (Part-time, Monday to Friday, 3-8pm)

Pay: Starting at $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide 1:1 care in group, home, and community settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training techniques.
- Collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and support the BCBA with clinical assessments.
- Follow and record prescribed behavioral skills and reduction protocols.
- Collaborate with a treatment team, including clients, parents/caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers, while maintaining client confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
