United Health Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition 02 department at 33 Lewis Rd in Binghamton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the long-term talent acquisition strategy and the programs supporting that strategy. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs, this role supports programs that aim to build a robust pipeline of talent to support the company’s ongoing recruiting needs and those programs that provide contingent labor support. These programs include Travelers, International Nursing, EIP/Tuition Forgiveness, Externships, Bonus Programs, Campus/Community, and more.

**Qualifications**:
Education
- Associates Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline or 2 years of related experience in lieu of degree
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or similar discipline, preferred

Experience
- 1 year Human Resources experience
- Program development experience, preferred
