Responsibilities of the Teacher:

- Lesson planning.
- Curriculum implementation.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
- Adhere to policies and procedures.
- Communication with families and staff.
- Build relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications of the Teacher:

- EEC Teacher Licensure in Infant/Toddler and/or Pre-school.
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood or a related field (preferred).
- CPR & First Aid Certification (willing to obtain).
- Be able to communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
- Knowledge in the Montessori teaching method (preferred)
