Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Redbird, a leading company in Milwaukee, is seeking a motivated Packer/Picker to join our team. As a Packer/Picker at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient packing and picking of orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick orders from inventory according to customer requests
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and packaged
- Maintain a clean and organized packing area
- Assist in receiving and restocking inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing and picking goals
- Follow all safety and company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
