Seeking an experienced dog trainer that not only communicates well with dogs, but also with people.
Applicant MUST:
- possess a genuine love for dogs
- have a thorough understanding of canine behavior
- be reliable with a strong work ethic
- have exceptional organization and communication skills
- have reliable transportation
- a minimum of 3 years of professional dog training experience (5+ years of experience preferred) and a deep passion for this field
- certification preferred
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who truly loves this work The main focus of this position will be working hands on with rescue dogs in a boarding setting and preparing these dogs to become service or emotional support dogs. Daily functions also include training dogs off site in the community, conducting lessons with our students, attending events, assisting with transporting dogs to and from veterinary appointments, and assisting with animal care and training needs.

Starting Pay: pay rate is dependent on experience
Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour
