Our F & I Managers help our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.- Conducting a product presentation, outlining the greater benefits of product purchase and settling the deal with product purchase.- Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process- Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position- Accurately settles the deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, and work in partnership with sales to close the deals.- Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines- Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals- Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale- Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts- Ability to Rehash Deals with Financial Institutions

**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years F&I experience, ideally BMW- Must be coachable and willing to take coaching tips positively.- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures- Good selling skills with a proven record of high PVR- Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills.- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills- Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
