**YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A VICE PRESIDENT OF UTILIZATION MANAGEMENT**:
As the Vice President of Utilization Management at VillageCare, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to optimize utilization management functions. Working closely with senior leadership across various departments, you will lead a team of professionals to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance member satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include refining utilization management strategies, overseeing clinical and non-clinical services, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

By monitoring key metrics and utilizing data analytics, you will identify trends and make informed decisions to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining quality and compliance standards, preparing for audits, and fostering collaborative relationships with hospitals.
