**Who We’re Looking For**:
As a key member of the **Gastroenterology **team, the **Field Support Specialist **role performs Field Service work including but not limited to system installations, technical and clinical trainings along with Network and HL7 implementation. Provide daily technical & clinical support to all Laborie Medical Technologies GI customers, Sales Representatives, Clinical Consultants and LABORIE employees regarding Windows operating systems, desktop troubleshooting, in-house software and proprietary hardware related to Laborie medical devices and diagnostic equipment.

**About the Role**:

- Manage installation and training calendar with field service team as well as the local account and/or sales manager to ensure tickets are closed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with customer IT representatives to install networking software and assist with EMR/HL7 integration.
- Travel up to 70% (12-14 business days per month). Occasional weekend, trade show and conference attendance required.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) in information technology or similar field; in lieu of degree, equivalent work experience may be acceptable.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT, medical field service, or BioMedical.
- Valid US Drivers License.
- Able to lift and move items up to 75 pounds.
