Banking Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Banking Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 support to investment bank clients and their back-office teams, assisting with the operational aspects of banking activities and the processing of trade-related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support Tier 1 investment bank clients and their back-office teams with banking activities and trade processing.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting banking operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in banking operations.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments and trade lifecycle.
- Technologically adept with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
