Maintenance Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Utilize schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve problems
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders and document maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience with facilities maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
