**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome residents and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor, providing assistance as needed.

Security and Access Control: Monitor building entrances and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises. Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and procedures.

Valet Services: Offer valet parking services for residents and guests, managing vehicle drop-off and pick-up with efficiency and care.

Luggage and Package Handling: Assist residents and guests with luggage and packages, ensuring they are safely transported to designated locations.

Concierge Assistance: Provide information and assistance regarding building amenities, local attractions, and transportation options. Serve as a resource for residents and guests seeking recommendations or guidance.

Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, guests, and fellow staff members to ensure a seamless flow of information and service delivery.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies and follow established protocols to ensure the safety and security of all occupants.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, condominium, or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner.

Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills and attention to detail to maintain security protocols and ensure the highest level of service.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.

Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the high standards of the establishment.

Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to accommodate the needs of the building and its residents.

Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
