**Definition and Class Characteristics**:
**Interested in joining a fast-paced work environment filled with caring professionals dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable community members experiencing homelessness? The Nevada County Behavioral Health Department is looking for a Clinical Supervisor capable of supporting our Homeless Outreach and Medical Engagement (HOME) team. Duties and programs supported by this position include**:
Overseeing the HOME team staff in coordinating outreach, engagement, and case management services
- Providing clinical guidance to assist the team in coordination of care and implementation of trainings in evidence-based practices and interventions aimed at improving service delivery
- Overseeing and ensuring timely ongoing service documentation, authorizations, data collection and tracking of client services
- Consultation, coordination, and communication with multiple agencies and community partners to improve care coordination and client access to services.

**Retirement**
