We are looking to hire a rock-star sales manager for our Plymouth Meeting territory.

As the Sales Manager you’re responsible to run all aspects of the business, including sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and align with the company's goals and standards.

We are family-owned with a track record of success.

**Compensation**:

- Earn up to **10%** of what you sell
- Weekly draw
- Company supplied truck with gas card
- Company supplied cell phone.
- Health Insurance
- PTO and Holiday Pay
- 401k with matching contributions

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Provide customers estimates
- Hiring & managing a team of contracted painters
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from “approval” to “completion”.
- Follow up on all estimates weekly.
- Develop a referral partner network to generate leads.
- Comfortable door knocking

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of sales experience
- Qualify customer and provide estimates according to the customer's needs.
- Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, driven with a SUCCESS mindset.
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Ability to sell door to door and to commercial clients

Pay: $50,000.00 - $108,735.66 per year
