**What you’ll be doing**:

- Design, develop, and implement the most valuable business solutions for the organization. Prepare big data, implements data models and develop database to support the business solutions.
- Identify business trends and problems through complex big data analysis.
- Gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
- Execute small to medium level pilots within the Supply Chain to enhance current processes or create new processes in Supply Chain to improve Service and/or reduce Supply Chain expenses.
- Work with wide array of associates to identify and prioritize needs.
- Responsibilities include analytics, problem solving, executive presentations, development, pilots, measurements, and deployment.
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget for fiscal calendar year.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Project Management Experience, leading change and/or influencing cross-functional areas to meet established goals.
- Demonstrated strength in both verbal and written skills, with an emphasis on clear, organized, and timely communication.
- Ability to proactively identify business issues and provide results or completed action plans and resolutions.
- Ability to complete quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner for both technical and non-technical customers.
- Knowledge and experience using major statistical analysis tools such as R, Matlab or SAS.
- Additional Analytical, Presentation and Reporting tools - Python, SQL, Toad, Snowflake, Power Bi, Excel, Power Point and Power Apps.
- Proven proficiency in data analysis and operational research within a supply chain context.
- Experience in collaborating with teams and managing projects.

**What’s needed-** Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Operations Research, Mathematics Statistics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of prior related work experience.

**What’s needed**:

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in operations research, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting in supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics software and tools.
