General Foreman/project Coordinator

EHC is currently looking for a General Foreman/Project Manager for an Electrical Company in the east side of Houston, TX.

**General Foreman/Project Coordinator Job Description/Qualifications**:

- TDLR Electrical license Journeyman Elect and or NCCER
- Basic Safety/ Refresher
- 2 years of experience as supervisor/GF/Project Coordinator
- Auto Insurance Required
- DL required
- TWICC Card

**Duties**:

- Assist and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Assist and Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams

**Salary and Benefits**
- $140,000-$160,000

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Experience level:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
