**What you'll do...**

Act as the primary point of contact offering insights into metric movements and trends and providing data-driven insights. You will play a key role both in shaping our team's seller growth programs, as well as leading cross-functional teams to deliver key results and insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Adopts a holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making plans and shaping the team's strategy.
- Analyzes and ensures accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data.
- Developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms; responding to requests for recurring and ad hoc reports; compiling and analyzing data ;and reviewing solution outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and precision in pipeline and activity data. Manage dashboards and reports to facilitate teams' understanding of business health and goal achievement levels.
- Formulate strategies and action plans to optimize seller growth and increase seller adoption of ongoing initiatives
- Utilize analytics tools and languages such as Python, Looker (LookML), and SQL to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
- Collaborate with Walmart Connect advertising team to develop and implement effective seller/advertiser growth strategies using data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to seller growth and marketplace dynamics.
- Seeks and implements continuous improvements and encourages the team to leverage new digital tools and ways of working.

**Minimum Qualifications...**
- Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or related field **AND** 2 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, SQL language, Looker (LookerML) and data structure knowledge
- Proficiency in writing complex and efficient SQL queries to extract data. The ability to communicate findings and make recommendations for improvement clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess, research, interpret and analyze data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, even when faced with ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions

**Preferred Qualifications...**
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, Project Management Certification
- Analytics - Big Data, Data Analysis and Insights, Statistical Programming Language
