As a Warehouse Associate, you will receive, process and transport materials, products, supplies, mail and equipment throughout the warehouse, meeting expectations for on-time, complete and accurate deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Picks, packs, and checks all incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying that material identity, lot numbers, counts and customer information is accurately reflected on all shipments
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards for shelving and storage to ensure the correct materials, products and supplies are selected every time
- Monitors and maintains Warehouse inventory levels, replenishing stock as needed, to ensure materials, products and supplies are always available. Notifies supervisor of inventory issues immediately
- Maintains accurate product identification and lot codes to ensure materials are in proper locations and available for use
- Verifies, transports and stages requested materials, ensuring teams have the correct items to perform work activities accurately and efficiently
- Coordinates paperwork and information flow between order entry, distribution, and the truck driver to ensure an orderly and timely flow of product
- Keeps shelves, pallet area and workstations organized and clean to ensure a safe work environment for all

Education, Skills, Experience Needed:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of related experience and/or training in a warehouse preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required. Forklift Certification
- High attention to detail with an ability to read and understand documents, procedures, and specifications, along with the ability to match lot numbers accurately
- Basic math and counting skills are required
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- Basic computer skills to perform data entry into computer system and ability to use office equipment
- Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and values, dependable, focused on quality and accuracy
- Safety focus follows all safety requirements
