**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate product knowledge in areas such as womens clothing and accessories and other retail items
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in floor changes, inventory control, stock takes, steaming etc.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Interpersonal Skills
- Interest in Fashion and Home Interiors
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player and effective communicator
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including weekends

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

- Litchfield, CT 06759 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
