**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Mixing and Serving Drinks**: Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure drinks are served promptly and accurately, maintaining quality and consistency.
- **Taking Orders**: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and menu offerings. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and enhancing their overall experience.
- **Creating Signature Cocktails**: Use creativity and innovation to develop and showcase signature cocktails and specialty drinks that reflect the bar's theme and appeal to guests. Experiment with different ingredients, flavors, and techniques to craft unique and memorable beverages.
- **Maintaining Bar Inventory**: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies. Conduct regular inventory checks, restock as needed, and communicate with management to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- **Ensuring Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including bar tops, equipment, glassware, and utensils. Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices, to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- **Processing Payments**: Accurately process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Handle transactions efficiently, provide receipts to guests, and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
- **Engaging with Guests**: Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing personalized service and building relationships. Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
- **Collaborating with Team**: Work collaboratively with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and efficient operations. Communicate effectively with team members, coordinate orders, and assist with other duties as needed.
- **Adhering to Legal Requirements**: Maintain knowledge of local liquor laws, regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices. Verify the legal drinking age of guests and refuse service to intoxicated individuals as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a similar setting is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Strong mixology skills and creativity in crafting signature drinks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic math skills for processing payments
