**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
? Assist chairside proficiently during a diverse range of dental surgical procedures.
? Prepare, break down, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments to maintain optimal hygiene standards.
? Ensure strict compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff.
? Capture high-quality radiographic images and maintain meticulous documentation of patient records.
? Provide patients with comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care instructions to enhance their overall experience and recovery.
? Maintain accurate and thorough patient charting for effective record-keeping and continuity of care.

**Required Skills & Abilities**:
? Possession of a High School Diploma and reliable transportation is essential.
? Demonstrated motivation to learn with a genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to direct patient care.
? Previous experience in dental or oral surgery is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in dental assisting.
? Familiarity with WinOMS or Open Dental software is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to dental practice management tools.
? Willingness to travel as required to support clinic operations.
? Strong follow-through, effective communication, and reliability are paramount for success in this role.

**Qualifications (must be able to obtain)**:
? NH MedTech (for NH Assistants only).
? CPR certification to ensure readiness in emergency situations.
? Radiology certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire, ensuring proficiency in capturing diagnostic images.
? DAANCE certification is preferred, or the ability to achieve it within 1 year of hire, indicating a commitment to professional development in dental anesthesia and sedation.

**Compensation & Benefits**:
? Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
