**Your Role**:
As a Swimming Pool/Outdoor Living Design Consultant at RTBS, you will play a crucial role in consulting and providing top-notch customer service with the right outdoor living product for their backyard. This position is perfect for those who are tech-savvy, motivated, and eager to advance in a dynamic, supportive environment.

**Responsibilities for Swimming Pool/Outdoor Living Design Consultant**:

- Perform initial virtual consultations to establish customer needs by asking discovery questions and project desires.
- Conduct pre-sites to document the property with photos and measurements.
- Use 3D software to create innovative designs that incorporates your skills and meets the client’s needs and budget.
- Host a design reveal presentation in one of our fabulous showrooms.
- As the designer, guide our clients in selecting exclusive materials for their project directly in either of our exquisite showrooms. (**No need to drive to vendors for materials**.) *10K sq.ft. exquisite Showroom in Houston & boutique showroom in Spring.
- Proficient in Richard’s Way Database software *on-boarding & training on processes will be provided for your success.

Pay: Up to $300,000.00 per year
