- Follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment
- Oversee inter-plant transfer of WIP/RMS materials
- Verify product related to inter-plant transfers gets picked to be shipped as required to meet manufacturing timelines
- Track shipment movement of inter-plant transfers
- Complete any necessary paperwork for shipments as needed
- Liaison between designated departments and facilities to communicate timelines and/or identify and resolve discrepancies/issues
- Keep management informed of challenges affecting the deliverable
- May assist with other functions as needed within the Materials Storage and/or QC departments
- All other duties for the smooth operation of the facility

Required Experience
- Basic Math Skills
- Proficient computer skills including ability to read and manipulate MS Excel spreadsheets
- Excellent and demonstrated attention to detail - skills assessment may be required
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Proficient with JDE system
- Prior experience processing, handling and maintaining accuracy for shipments outbound
- Forklift Certification preferred but will train
- Ability to travel between facilities as needed
