**Hours available in Skilled Nursing**:

- Part-Time: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm to 8:30pm
- Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046_

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Schedule doctor appointments and transportation
- Maintain nursing form files, and update as necessary
- Answer telephone and collect faxes in a timely manner
- Assist in admission, transfer and discharge procedures
- Assist with room readiness for new admission

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- Two years prior experience in a healthcare environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
