**Required Experience**:

- At least 8-10 years of experience in project management.
- Proven experience in managing complex communication projects, preferably in the ACF or other Federal Government Agencies.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall project management leadership and oversight.
- Identify and assign resources, including sub-vendors and service providers.
- Implement and follow industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between the government and contractor.
- Utilize ITIL methodologies in the program management structure.
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).
- Organize and lead project kick-off meetings and orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Track and manage project activities, schedules, and costs.
- Provide regular status reports and participate in progress reviews.
- Collaborate with FYSB staff and coordinate tasks according to program direction.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
