**Your Role**

We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Teacher Assistant, Assistant Teachers and Child Care workers who have a passion for working with children and has the flexibility to start with a part-time schedule. We are looking for someone to join us in our Infant, Toddler (ages 0-3) and Children's House (preschool) classrooms.

Many of our Assistant Teachers ultimately grow to take on Lead Teacher roles over time, thanks to our** accredited Montessori training program** we offer to exceptional employees.

**About You**
- **Experience working with children ages newborn-6**:

- **3 ECE credits or willingness to obtain with sponsorship**:

- **EEC Certified preferred**:

- Ability to work well with other adults
- Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred but not required
