Construction Superintendent

Elevated Custom Homes is a growing builder serving Houston and surrounding areas. We are looking to expand our team and continue our growth by bringing on a hands on construction site manager that is motivated to learn, grow and take pride in the product we are building together. Elevated Custom Homes provides tremendous growth opportunities, performance based incentives and training.
Job Duties:
- Materials coordination and organization on site
- Running additional small materials needed for work
- Quality control and managing trades to ensure they are meeting our standards
- City Inspections
- Job Site Management (Cleanliness, organization, etc.)
- Sheetrock (Small or Big Task Required) (Must be able to lift drywall sheets as needed using appropriate safety measures)
- Mud & Texture
- Tape & Floating
- Trim carpentry (baseboards, door trim, window casing)
- Installing interior and exterior doors and door accessories
- General carpentry
- Interior/exterior painting capability as well as things such as cabinets and trim
- Caulking
- General Construction Labor (Landscaping, Material Coordination, Job Site Organization, Cleaning, etc.)
We are looking for someone who can manage job site with trades, cleanliness, safety and quality control. Hands on work may be required from time to time. Daily communication and updates are required. This is a task based job so schedule will not be fixed but flexible. There will be plenty of opportunity to grow with a strong work ethic, communication and consistency.

**Experience**:
- Drywall: 1 year (required)
- Painting: 1 year (required)
- Carpentry: 1 year (required)
- General Construction: 1 year (required)
Salary**:Negotiable based on experience and knowledge.**
