**Overview of Position**:

- Treasury Analyst is part of the Corporate Finance team with the primary responsibilities for banking administration, cash forecasting, and other treasury duties. This position interacts internally with various levels of financial and operational personnel and externally with banking representatives. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are highly desired.

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain daily cash and banking positions across the organization’s bank accounts.
- Wire/ACH maintenance, processing Treasury payments including debt interest payments, intercompany payments, etc.
- Support business units with check status inquiries, stop payments, bank reports and statements, and other bank activities.
- Collaborate with AP, Tax, Payroll departments.
- Log and review of all incoming/outgoing bank account activity and provide supporting documentation to AP team.
- Maintain accurate records of bank accounts and account administration details, such as authorized signers, services requested, tax forms, and other relevant information.
- Ensure treasury activities are in compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Ad hoc projects / additional responsibility as assigned.

**Education, Licensing, and Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business / finance / accounting or related field required

**Experience**:

- Greater than five (5) years recent experience in treasury

**Skills **and Knowledge Required**:

- Experience and knowledge using Bank of America CashPro Accelerate or JP Morgan Access preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, especially comfortable with PIVOT tables and charts, VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, SUMIF/S, and IF functions
- Experience with a large-scale ERP system, such as J. D. Edwards is a plus
- Excellent communication skills required (both verbal and written)
- Must have a high-degree of self-initiative with an ability to learn and tackle new challenges
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities among several stakeholders to meet deadlines
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to data integrity and accuracy

Travel requirement outside of immediate area (as a percent): Seldom
