Bar Manager

We are looking for a Rockstar bartender that has management experience to help lead our bar program.

Must have experience developing seasonal cocktail lists using fresh and interesting ingredients and think outside the box garnishes

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience bartending

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Train staff
- Develop menus
- Ordering of all bar supplies
- Act as closing manager

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous craft cocktail experience
- 5 years of bartending
- Previous bar management
