A Warehouse Associate is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing products for customer deliveries while maintaining the warehouse safely and orderly.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations.
- Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly.
- Strategically storing merchandise to maximize storage space within the warehouse. Organize stock in a manner that optimizes inventory accountability while facilitating easy access for order fulfillment.
- Accurately place materials on shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
- Pull orders to be shipped to customers.
- Review all orders to determine if they were picked correctly.
- Safely operate all necessary equipment in the work area.
- Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the inventory list.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to upper management.
- Report to the warehouse manager on all activities/updates.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification and/or ability to complete forklift training.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and staging in shipping.
- Heavy equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Order picking and packing.
- Supply management and inventory control.
- Ability to work well under pressure and navigate multiple deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
