Wok Chef/grill Chef

Job Summary:
We're currently seeking a skilled Grill/Wok Chef to join our culinary team. This role is crucial to our kitchen operations, and we're looking for someone with a strong background in preparing grilled and wok-cooked dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to restaurant standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Expertly prepare and cook a variety of dishes on the grill and wok, ensuring adherence to our restaurant's quality standards.
- Take charge of stocking and maintaining stations with necessary supplies for smooth operations during service.
- Execute food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, including equipment and workspaces, in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
- Follow strict food safety protocols to uphold the health and safety of our guests and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a Grill Cook, Wok Chef, or similar role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and practices.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and commitment to compliance.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective supervisory skills to lead kitchen staff.
- Experience in restaurant management or catering is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
