Job Overview:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales/ Customer Service professional to join my team. As a Sales/Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for following up on submitted business, making and confirming appointments with clients and maintaining strong relationships. Training office reps for process to acquire more clients that you will trained for. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a flexible schedule and enjoys working hard in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and set up appointments with the Sales Leader
- Make client appointments and maintain Sales Leader's calendar
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate referrals for new business
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and schedule appointments
- Monitor customer cases in progress to ensure all information required is available. Successfully complete the case in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the Sales Leader to achieve targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Customer Service required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
- Excellent telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential customers over the phone
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving results

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

License/Certification:

- Life Insurance License (preferred)
