**Lifeguard Qualifications/Required Experience**

**What are the job requirements?**
- Valid Lifeguarding/First Aid, CPR-AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens certificates.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- A positive attitude: ready to help others and solve challenges.
- Must be able to meet the minimum swimming requirements for the American Red Cross Lifeguarding or Shallow Water lifeguarding certification class.
- Pay rate of $20 per hour.

**Duties include the following**:

- Unlock the pool gate by 9:45 AM (weekdays) & 10:45 AM (weekends).
- Open/close umbrellas daily.
- Daily testing of the water - training will be provided.
- Skim the pool for debris.
- Sweep the pool deck for debris.
- Request all pool guests sign in.
- Work with property manager to close pool during inclement weather.
- Lock gate at the end of the day and for lunch/bathroom breaks.
- Notify property manager of any issues with the pool, equipment or guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Stoughton, MA 02072: Relocate before starting work (required)
