Awake Overnight Residential Staff

We are searching for a full-time Awake Overnight Residential Staff member. Provides functional support services and crisis stabilization to residents of Lakes Region Mental Health Center Housing and patients who reside in the Residential Program.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Provides therapeutic support services to insure implementation of patient’s goals.
- Assists patients to maintain community living by teaching activities of daily living and personal care; promotes independent, productive and healthy habits to patients.
- Provides assessment, monitoring, support and crisis intervention to patients as needed.
- Well organized, able to multi-task, and understands operations of a residential home.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Health and Wellness or related area or 2-3 years of relevant experience. Meets qualifications to provide Functional Support Services. Licenses/Certifications: Must have and maintain a valid NH driver’s license and Liability Insurance. May be required to become certified through medication training.
