Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and Conest for estimating purposes
- Collaborate with the construction management team to build comprehensive project budgets
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Prepare detailed proposals and contracts for clients

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in commercial construction estimating and project management
- Proficiency in using estimating software like Bluebeam and Conest
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and materials pricing
- Ability to negotiate contracts and prices effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
