**Ethel And Andy's **is seeking individuals willing to join our team

**Hours**:8:00 a.m-2:00 p.m Mon-Fri Flexible Days and Times depending on position.

**Positions Available: Front Counter or Kitchen Staff**

**Experience: None Required.**

**Tasks and Responsibilities: Front Counter**
- Exhibits enthusiasm with greeting guests and preparing their orders.
- Willingness to learn and understand menu items and specials and explain them to guests.
- Uses Point of Sale system/cash register to record and collect payment from guests and makes change.
- Operation of Massachusetts Lottery Point of Sale System and maintaining proper accounting of money collected or rewarded to and from customers.
- Prepares food and beverage orders to customers preference and in a timely manner.
- Willingness to learn and operate the grill area is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
- Checks products in counter service area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
- Cleans, maintains, and sanitizes all areas of the restaurant.
- Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards.

**Tasks and Responsibilities: Kitchen Staff Member**
- Willingness to learn and understand menu items and tasks to prepare and support flow of business.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas.
- Wash Dishes
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs is preferred.
- Desire to organize and assist in keeping kitchen area clean and operational.
- Ability to adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
- Checks products in from deliveries and allocate products in proper storage locations
- Cleans, maintains, and sanitizes all areas of the restaurant.
- Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
