Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Lead a crew in executing construction tasks according to project plans
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Train team members on equipment operation and construction techniques
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and team members

**Requirements**:

- Experience operating skid steers, tractors, dozers, and other heavy equipment
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a crew
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans
- Safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to following OSHA regulations
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new job scopes, including building athletic fields

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
